Hello, my name is Joshua Cox.

I was born and raised in South Florida, and for the last 10 years I've been building a career in photography, videography, and content creation. Like many aspiring creatives, I didn't have a clear roadmap when I started. Most of what I learned came through trial and error, long hours, costly mistakes, and figuring things out as I went. I said yes to almost every opportunity that came my way—filming sports, weddings, corporate events, personal brands, and anything else that allowed me to keep a camera in my hands. While I was grateful for the experience, I often found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if I was building a business I actually enjoyed.

There was even a point when I considered walking away from content creation altogether. I loved being creative, but I lacked direction. I was constantly chasing the next project instead of building something meaningful. What changed everything for me wasn't a new camera or a bigger social media following—it was mentorship. Through guidance from a marketing expert, I learned how to position myself, identify who I wanted to serve, and build a business around my strengths instead of trying to be everything to everyone. Around the same time, I began spending more time in God's Word and discovered something even more important: my identity wasn't found in my work, my income, or the number of clients I had. It was found in who God created me to be and the purpose He placed on my life.

Once my focus shifted from simply making money to serving people with purpose, everything began to change. The work became enjoyable again. The right clients started showing up. Opportunities became more aligned with my values. The revenue grew, but more importantly, so did my fulfillment. Instead of chasing every opportunity, I was finally building something that felt authentic to who I was as both a creative and a person.

Since then, I've worked with more than 15 retainer clients, helped generate multiple six figures in revenue for businesses through content and marketing initiatives, and helped clients secure brand partnership opportunities through strategic social media content. These experiences have taught me that talent alone is rarely the thing holding people back. More often than not, what they're missing is direction, guidance, and a proven framework they can follow.
